What is the best ProRes 422 setting to use with a Sony HDR-FX1 Camera?

Shootingin HDV with a Sony HDR-FX1 camera and I want to get the best quality possible with the smallest possible file size. What does the HQ stand for in the different ProRes options as well?

That question will be better answered by the camcorder bunch.
That said, you are asking if you can get most of a gallon of water into a quart size container. The smaller the file size the less quality the image …PERIOD.
Sure you can experiment, but in the end you are the only one who can decide if the quality is good enough for your needs.
